Local Plumbers, Inc. provides plumbing services to residential and commercial customers in California. Our Services include, but are not limited to, installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems.
2. Use of Services
By using our Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information as requested.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Not use our Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Not interfere with the proper working of our Services.
3. Service Appointments
- Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled by contacting us via phone, email, or through our Site.
- Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
- Delays: We strive to arrive on time for all appointments. However, we are not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Estimates: We provide estimates for our Services. However, actual costs may vary based on the scope and complexity of the job.
- Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of Services unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept Cash, Checks, Credit or Debit Cards, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay.
- Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees and interest.
5. Warranties and Disclaimers
- General Warranty Information: We offer a one-year warranty on workmanship for most services. This warranty covers any defects or issues arising from our work. However, the warranty period may vary under specific circumstances as detailed below.
- Warranty for Certain Specified on Invoice Jobs: For certain specified in the invoice plumbing jobs, we offer a five-year warranty on workmanship. This warranty covers significant installations and repairs where specified at the time of service.
- Short-Term Solutions: In cases where customers opt for a short-term solution, the standard one-year warranty may not apply. The specific warranty period, if any, will be communicated at the time of service.
- Drain Cleaning Warranty Our drain cleaning services come with specific warranty conditions:
- General Drain Cleaning: The warranty is void if the customer disposes of feminine products, wipes, or other inappropriate items in the drains.
- Kitchen Drain Unclogging: The warranty is void if the customer disposes of grease, food, or other improper substances into the kitchen drain.
- Conditions for Warranty Claims: To make a warranty claim, the following conditions must be met:
- The claim must be made within the applicable warranty period.
- Proof of the original service must be provided.
- The issue must not be caused by misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance by the customer.
- Exclusions and Limitations:
- Our warranties do not cover damages caused by natural disasters, accidents, or other external factors beyond our control.
- Any unauthorized modifications or repairs by third parties void the warranty.
- Disclaimers: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Local Plumbers, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use our Services.
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Local Plumbers, Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of and access to the Services.
- Your violation of any term of these Terms.
- Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any right of privacy or intellectual property rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles County, California.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the effective date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
